4. Content & Downloads

Game APK files distributed through GameHub are provided by their respective developers and publishers. GameHub acts as a distribution platform and does not claim ownership of third-party content. Users download and install APK files at their own risk.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, guides, or forum content, you grant GameHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your original content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not upload malicious software, harass other users, post spam or misleading reviews, or attempt to exploit the platform's infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

GameHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service or downloaded content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
